The reservation will take effect after confirmation by phone or by e-mail, and after the deposit has been received :

All deposits are permanently acquired.
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit is forfeited.
The amount of the deposit corresponds to : 30% of the total rate for a bungalow, 50% of the total rate for a mobile-home, 50% of the total rate for an apartment.
Changes to or cancellation of a reservation must be made by phone or by e-mail and reply will be given.
Any cancellation of or reduction in the length of a reservation not made at least 15 days before the date of arrival will be billed at the full amount of the original reservation. Management reserves the right to cancel a reservation by notifying the guest by phone or by e-mail, and undertakes to return the deposit.
The bungalow, mobile-home and apartment are available on the day of arrival between from 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. (please call if you are late) and must be vacated on the day of departure before 10:00 noon. Otherwise the guest will be additionally billed at the current nightly rate.
All drinks (minibar, …) not reported on departure will be charged to your credit card number given as security.
